When you submit your Technical Support request, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.  It will be associated with a unique fault logging number.  After an initial assessment by our support team, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer and a reply will be sent to you by email.

Acknowledgment of your request will be sent by email within one working day upon receipt.
