We spoke to a variety of our customers to see how Sight and Sound’s products helped make the difference in their lives. In this edition we focus on Litigation Officer Nicola King, who needed to make the transition from Zoom Text screen magnifying software to Jaws screen reading software, following the complete loss of her sight. This proved to be an entirely bespoke solution due to the specialised systems Nicola had to use in her everyday work – with the selection of the product best suited for her needs and some very specialised training, Sight and Sound made the difference.
