As non-essential retail reopens, many local charities can open their doors once again. With social distancing lowered to 1 metre, we feel the time is near to safely start operating our popular drop-in days and home visits again, albeit with a number of notable changes.

We know that it is important to give assistive technology a try before you buy and there still remains no better way to demonstrate our different low vision solutions than in the company of one of our technical experts.

We have set up an online waiting list where you can sign up for one of our contactless home visits at a time of your choosing. This could be now with some of the guidelines relaxed, or in the future once guidelines have been relaxed further.

Drop in days are being arranged around the UK and Ireland in locations which allow us to safely socially distance. We will provide hygiene packs for you and we will manage the amount of people who will be in the space at any time. Please select this option below if you would prefer to visit us in a secure location rather than us come to your home.

WHAT DOES A CONTACTLESS VISIT LOOK LIKE?

  • Pre-registration only with an agreed time slot.
  • Personal protective equipment for our team and you.
  • A minimum of 1 metre distance kept at all times.
  • All equipment sterilised before and after each visit.
