Here are some resources to help using JAWS.

JAWS audio training

JAWS comes built in with audio training guides. From JAWS, go to the Help menu, then select Training. This will open an application called FSReader which can be used to access various audio training guides. They can also be downloaded separately as MP3 and DAISY format.

JAWS Keystrokes

A list of keyboard shortcuts for various applications. Please note that this is a long list best used for reference and may not help you if you're trying to learn JAWS. It doesn't cover many keyboard shortcuts built into other applications such as Windows or Microsoft Word.
