Testimonials

“I am sending this email to thank Sight and Sound for the wonderful tuition I have received from Sandra. I am currently sitting my second year HNC in counselling. I was finding it an upward struggle with my chronic neck pain. I am so very pleased to have learned so much from Sandra.”

“Ryan was my allocated trainer and…I could not have asked for better. His patience was second to none…Ryan’s teaching style and approach put me at complete ease…he could read the situation perfectly, providing bespoke training to ensure at the end of the session I felt I had achieved something.”

“I am just sending an email about the recent fantastic service I received from Alistair Mackay. He made the transition to using all my new software, such as Dragon and Sonocent very easy and it has helped me a great deal with my studies. The sessions were very engaging and enjoyable, while tailoring the specific programmes to my needs.”

“Sight and Sound resolved a communication issue that I had researched for years and spoken to many assistive technologists along the way. Mark is a real collaborative problem-solver. He worked with us to develop a PowerPoint with text-talk built in so that a young man with verbal dyspraxia could communicate his views on YouTube and through his blog. Thank you I’m truly impressed at Mark’s skills and ability. And in making us feel it was easy!”

“(Alasdair) explained the functions very clearly to me which was most helpful. He was also very accommodating as I needed breaks throughout. I really appreciated his friendliness as this made me feel more comfortable asking him questions about any doubts I had. Overall I was very thankful having his help!”
