Customer Story – Mr Casling "I cannot praise Sight & Sound enough" Posted on 9th December 2014 Customer Testimonial Mr Dennis Casling As the UK’s leading provider of hardware and software to the blind and partially sighted, at Sight and Sound Technology we pride ourselves on working with our customers all of the way, from initial assistance right through to lifetime support. We are passionate about the levels of service we provide our customers, so we were particularly excited when Mr Dennis Casling contacted us to share some praise he wished to pass on to a member of our team for some outstanding customer service he had received. Mr Casling explained, “James Butler set up my computer. My old computer was falling apart, so James set up the new system in a way that was very accessible for me as a visually impaired user. Since then I’ve been back to them on several occasions either to solve issues that I have come across by using the new Microsoft Word, or around my emails, or to help me pick up my scanner. And they are just extraordinarily good, efficient, to the point…marvellous!
